The concept of a local Talking Newspaper for the blind community caught people's imaginations. Every penny that was raised was spent locally and in due course the association became a registered charity. Therefore the need to find a suitable location that would not only house all the equipment but also leave room enough for the members to work arose. By the middle of November the association had a promise of accomodation from Aberystwyth town council. It was a house, which was part of the housing scheme- and was lent to the association for as long as it was needed.
