This museum, concerned with 20th century wars, aims to preserve and relate the human experience of life in wartime at home and on the battlefield.

The Liddell Hart Centre for Military Archives

Based at Kings College, London, it holds the private papers of over 580 senior British defence personnel of the twentieth century. The Centre also holds a smaller but growing number of media archives relating to topics which include nuclear history, the Falklands War, the Gulf War and the conflict in the former Yugoslavia.

Museum of the History of Science and Technology

Its unrivalled collection of historic scientific instruments make it a valuable source for detailed information about scientific artefacts.
