Wireless for the Warrior

This site depicts the changes in the army's radio technology over the years. With technical specifications and detailed pictures, this site is a good source of information on many old radio sets.

The Military Vehicle Preservation Society

Although not up and running as yet this site will provide photos and descriptions of many types of old and new military vehicles, with a large section on how to preserve them.

REME Museum of Technology.

The army's own collection of vehicles and equipment can be seen with detailed text and specifications on each item. This site also has several links to other relevant sites.

HMS Collingwood Museum of Communications and Radar

The Collingwood Museum was established to preserve examples of 20th Century Communication, Radar and the associated test equipment as used in the Royal Navy. The museum has been expanded to house captured German, Japanese and Russian Military equipment and additionally Commercial Domestic Radios.
