Starting the Process...

Ronald had heard that Watcyn Storey, who was the newly appointed treasurer to the Cardiganshire Association for the Blind had been given some money to help the local community of blind people gain some small recorders which could enable them to produce some corresponding tapes. Ronald told him about his idea of starting a local talking newspaper and he fell for the idea straight away.
